Cancellations and changes
If your plans change, here is what happens, in numbers.
Sample text
Primo Lume is a fictional company, so this page is a plain-English sample, not legal advice. A real business should have it reviewed before launch.

If you cancel
You can ask from your trip page when you are signed in, or write to us (an email is fine). We confirm it, and the time is counted from when we receive your request to the start of the trip. Your trip page shows what you would get back before you send anything.
| When you cancel | What you get back |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before | Full refund |
| 24 to 48 hours before | Half refunded |
| Less than 24 hours, or you do not arrive | No refund |
| When you cancel | What you get back |
|---|---|
| More than 60 days before | Everything you have paid is refunded |
| 30 to 60 days before | Half of the trip price refunded |
| Less than 30 days before | No refund |
If you want to change instead
You can move to another date once, free of charge, up to 7 days before the trip starts, subject to availability. Changes after that are treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
If we have to change or cancel
- We run in rain. We cancel or change a trip only for severe weather, safety, a closure or too few people to run it properly.
- If we do, you choose between a new date, an alternative of equal value, or a full refund. We will not offer you less than you paid for.
- We tell you as soon as we know, and always by email.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the way you paid, normally within 14 days of us agreeing them.
Travel insurance
We recommend insurance that covers cancellation, illness and delays, and that you check it covers what you plan to do.
